Our official store and distributors all work with DHL, DPD, UPS, and GLS shipping companies for our deliveries. We’ll send the shipping information to our customers by email as soon as the shipping is started, including the shipping date, the tracking number, and the tracking site.

Shipping Restrictions:
We currently deliver to addresses within all EU countries(excluding Cyprus, Malta, Some Remote Islands, Military Areas) and United Kingdom (excluding British Forces,Northern Ireland and Scotland).
Please note that some models are currently only available for shipment to specific regions due to logistics and distribution constraints. During checkout, eligible shipping options will be displayed based on the model and your delivery address.
