What is the material of the frame?
The frame is made of 6063 aluminum, while the folding structure is crafted from strong 6061 aluminum.
Does it have a seat?
No, the scooter does not include a seat. You can purchase a separate seat from our official website or contact our customer service for assistance.
Is the battery removable?
Yes, the battery is removable. However, please do not open the battery compartment to reconnect or replace cables, or disassemble the battery without authorization. This may result in loose circuits, disconnections, or even short circuits, which are not covered by the warranty. Please remove the battery only when it needs to be replaced.
How many chargers does this scooter come with?
This e-scooter has two charging ports but comes with one charger as standard. Additional chargers can be purchased from our official website or by contacting customer support.
What is Park mode?
Park mode is designed to prevent accidental starts, which activates automatically after 30 seconds of inactivity. In Park mode, the scooter cannot be started even if the throttle is pressed. To exit Park mode, simply press the Plus button.
Ausom Hidden Menu
For L2/L2 Max/DT2 Pro/F1 Max
When the display is turned on, long press + and - to enter or exit the hidden menu. In the hidden menu, short press Power Button to switch among different parameter pages from P01 to P23. On the parameter page, press + or - to increase or decrease the value.
P02: Switching between km and mile. 0 means km and 1 means mile. (Default: 0 or 1)
P04: Setting the sleep time between 0-60 minutes. 0 means it never sleeps. (Default: 5 minutes)
P08: Setting the speed limit between 5-100. 100 means 100% of the maximum speed. (Default: 100)
P09: Switching between zero and non-zero start, 0 means zero start, and 1 means non-zero start. (Default: 1)
P11: Setting the EABS brake force level, ranging from 1 to 5. 0 means off, 1 means the weakest and 5 means the strongest. (Default: 3)
P12: Setting the soft and hard start strength, ranging from 1 to 5. 1 means the softest and 5 means the hardest. (Default: 5)
P17: Cruise control: 0 means the cruise mode is off, and 1 means the cruise mode is on. (Default: 0)
P18: Binding and unbinding the NFC card. Long press + to bind, and long press - to unbind.
P19: Adjusting the backlight brightness. Level 1 is the darkest and level 3 is the brightest. (Default: level 3)
P23: Changing password. Enter the original password first. To enter the password, press + or - to select the number for the current digit and press Power Button to move to the next digit. After entering all the digits, press Power Button for 2 seconds till "S23" appears on the display. Then, enter a new 4-digit password and press Power Button for 2 seconds to save it.
Note: Parameter pages not listed above are not adjustable.
