Does it have brake lights?
- Yes. The Ausom L2 Max e-scooter is equipped with rear brake lights for safer braking and turn signals for easier and safer turning.
Does it have a seat?
No. You can purchase a seat from Ausom’s official website or from authorized distributors.
How long will it take fully charged?
- The L2 Max Dual features 2 charging ports. It takes approximately 7 hours to fully charge using two 1.5A chargers and 14 hours using one 1.5A charger. Please note that only one charger is included in the package. You can purchase an extra one from Ausom’s official website or from authorized distributors.
How can I clean my Ausom scooter?
- Turn the power off, unplug the scooter, and cover the charging ports and USB outputs before cleaning the scooter. We suggest you use a soft and dry cloth to wipe the mainframe clean. Do not clean your e-scooter with alcohol, gasoline, acetone, or other corrosive or volatile solvents, as they can damage the appearance and internal structure of your e-scooter. Do not soak the scooter or wash it with a power washer or hose.
What is Park mode?
- Park mode is designed to prevent accidental starts, which activates automatically after 30 seconds of inactivity. In Park mode, the scooter cannot be started even if the throttle is pressed. To exit Park mode, simply press the Plus button.
Ausom Hidden Menu
For L2/L2 Max/DT2 Pro/F1 Max
When the display is turned on, long press + and - to enter or exit the hidden menu. In the hidden menu, short press Power Button to switch among different parameter pages from P01 to P23. On the parameter page, press + or - to increase or decrease the value.
P02: Switching between km and mile. 0 means km and 1 means mile. (Default: 0 or 1)
P04: Setting the sleep time between 0-60 minutes. 0 means it never sleeps. (Default: 5 minutes)
P08: Setting the speed limit between 5-100. 100 means 100% of the maximum speed. (Default: 100)
P09: Switching between zero and non-zero start, 0 means zero start, and 1 means non-zero start. (Default: 1)
P11: Setting the EABS brake force level, ranging from 1 to 5. 0 means off, 1 means the weakest and 5 means the strongest. (Default: 3)
P12: Setting the soft and hard start strength, ranging from 1 to 5. 1 means the softest and 5 means the hardest. (Default: 5)
P17: Cruise control: 0 means the cruise mode is off, and 1 means the cruise mode is on. (Default: 0)
P18: Binding and unbinding the NFC card. Long press + to bind, and long press - to unbind.
P19: Adjusting the backlight brightness. Level 1 is the darkest and level 3 is the brightest. (Default: level 3)
P23: Changing password. Enter the original password first. To enter the password, press + or - to select the number for the current digit and press Power Button to move to the next digit. After entering all the digits, press Power Button for 2 seconds till "S23" appears on the display. Then, enter a new 4-digit password and press Power Button for 2 seconds to save it.
Note: Parameter pages not listed above are not adjustable.
