Can I charge my phone through the USB output?
Yes. The Ausom SR1 features USB-A and USB-C outputs for easy charging of mobile phones and other devices.
How long will it take fully charged?
It takes approximately 5 hours to fully charge using two 2A chargers and 9-10 hours using one 2A charger.
How does it brake?
The Ausom SR1 off-road scooter boasts a high-security braking system that utilizes E-ABS technology and dual hydraulic disc brakes, providing responsive and reliable braking performance to maximize riding safety.
How do I use the NFC function?
The NFC locking feature is designed to protect the scooter from unauthorized use. To unlock the display, place the NFC card or your phone in the NFC detection area. The three NFC cards attached are available for direct use. To unlock the display via your smartphone, you need to enable the NFC function of your phone first. Then, enter the hidden menu of the display and switch to P18. Next, press the Plus button till the letter “b” appears at the top of the display, and place your phone in the NFC detection area. The number at the top of the display will be plus one, indicating that your phone is tethered and you can unlock the display with your phone.
Can I ride the scooter in the rain?
The SR1 electric scooter is at the IP54 waterproof level. Riding it on a drizzling day for a short while is acceptable. But riding it on rainy days for a long time is not suggested. If an e-scooter gets soaked, the battery is likely to be damaged. Thus, we suggest you try not to use your e-scooter on rainy days.
What is Park mode?
Park mode is designed to prevent accidental starts, which activates automatically after 30 seconds of inactivity. In Park mode, the scooter cannot be started even if the throttle is pressed. To exit Park mode, simply press the Plus button.
Ausom Hidden Menu
For SR1
When the display is turned on, long press the Plus and Minus buttons to enter or exit the hidden menu. Short press the power switch to switch parameter, press the Plus or Minus button to increase or decrease the value.
P02: Switching between km and mile. 0 means km and 1 means mile. (Default: 0 or 1)
P04: Setting the sleep time between 0-60 minutes. 0 means it never sleeps. (Default: 5 minutes)
P09: Switching between zero and non-zero start, 0 means zero start, and 1 means non-zero start. (Default: 1)
P11: Setting the EABS brake force level, ranging from 1 to 5. 0 means off, 1 means the weakest and 5 means the strongest.
P12: Setting the soft and hard start strength, ranging from 1 to 5. 1 means the softest and 5 means the hardest. (Default: 5)
P16: Remove the ODO data. Keep pressing the Plus button for 5 seconds and the ODO data will be cleared.
P17: Cruise control: 0 means the cruise mode is off, and 1 means the cruise mode is on. (Default: 0)
P18: Binding and unbinding the NFC card. Long press the Plus button to bind, and long press the Minus button to unbind.
P19: Adjusting the backlight brightness. Level 1 is the darkest and level 3 is the brightest. (Default: level 3)
P20: Communication protocol. It cannot be changed. (Default: 4)
