My Experience with the Ausom L2 Max The scooter itself is excellent. It has plenty of power, great acceleration, and feels very stable, even at higher speeds. In terms of riding performance, I am very satisfied. Unfortunately, my experience with the seller has been disappointing. I purchased the scooter for my company, but I still have not received an invoice. My company is VAT-registered, so I need to account for VAT in my own country. The seller promised to refund the VAT and provide the correct invoice, but this has still not been resolved. I have also experienced several quality issues within the first few weeks of use. After about two weeks, the rear brake disc became warped, and two screws fell out of the front fender. After three weeks, one of the LED lights stopped working. I am also unsure how to make a warranty claim because sending such a large and heavy scooter back to the seller is neither easy nor inexpensive. If I were rating only the scooter itself, I would give it a very high score because its performance is outstanding. However, considering the quality issues and especially the poor after-sales support, my overall experience has been disappointing.

The scooter is absolutely amazing at Off-road riding and high climbing rates. It has insane power and torque, yet the most of the scooter is made of plastic and small rocks can leave dents and scratches after every ride. But honestly it has an amazing design and looks beautiful with the LED on the deck. It’s stable at high speeds too. I am happy that I got my hands on it👍

The L2 Max Dual Motor doesn’t include a seat by default, but no worries—you can easily add one from the product detail page and purchase it along with your scooter.
The L2 Max Dual Motor comes equipped with two charging ports. With two 1.5A chargers, a full charge takes around 7 hours. Using just one 1.5A charger, it’ll take about 14 hours. Please note that the package includes one charger by default, but you can easily purchase an additional one from our online store to speed things up.
When the display is turned on, long press + and - to enter or exit the hidden menu. In the hidden menu, short press Power Button to switch among different parameter pages from P01 to P23. On the parameter page, press + or - to increase or decrease the value.
P02: Switching between km and mile. 0 means km and 1 means mile. (Default: 0 or 1)
P04: Setting the sleep time between 0-60 minutes. 0 means it never sleeps. (Default: 5 minutes)
P08: Setting the speed limit between 5-100. 100 means 100% of the maximum speed. (Default: 100)
P09: Switching between zero and non-zero start, 0 means zero start, and 1 means non-zero start. (Default: 1)
P11: Setting the EABS brake force level, ranging from 1 to 5. 0 means off, 1 means the weakest and 5 means the strongest. (Default: 3)
P12: Setting the soft and hard start strength, ranging from 1 to 5. 1 means the softest and 5 means the hardest. (Default: 5)
P17: Cruise control: 0 means the cruise mode is off, and 1 means the cruise mode is on. (Default: 0)
P18: Binding and unbinding the NFC card. Long press + to bind, and long press - to unbind.
P19: Adjusting the backlight brightness. Level 1 is the darkest and level 3 is the brightest. (Default: level 3)
P23: Changing password. Enter the original password first. To enter the password, press + or - to select the number for the current digit and press Power Button to move to the next digit. After entering all the digits, press Power Button for 2 seconds till "S23" appears on the display. Then, enter a new 4-digit password and press Power Button for 2 seconds to save it.
